Why Did We Create This?
Nurture With was created by academics, well-being and mental health professionals.
“Recognising gaps in our current well-being and mental health system, we wanted to create something that would help people to reach their potential, navigate challenges, and prevent mental health crises.
Our mission is to establish a shared language of well-being, promoting intentional living through the power of words.”
“69% of students experience mental health concerns whilst at university.”
“National Health Service (NHS) waiting lists for mental health support and diagnosis have reached unprecedented lengths, from 6 to 18 months.”
“Increase in the diagnosis of Autism, and ADHD, from 43 percent to 96 percent in 2023 and increasing wait lists”
How Does It Work?
Our framework is based around a four-step process, blending coaching, mentoring, and science-backed psycho-education to prioritise mental and physical well-being.
Our Objective?
We want to give people the skills to take care of themselves, cope with challenges and design a life that suits them.
