The Foundational Process

  • Step 1: Self Awareness

    Self-awareness is the foundation of well-being and personal growth. You will explore self awareness and work through journaling prompts to help you get to know your self and uncover your thoughts and motivations.

  • Step 2: Dimensions Of Well-being

    Well-being is much more than your physical and mental health. Learn about the different definitions and dimensions of well-being and explore what well-being looks like to you as an individual.

  • Step 3: Knowledge And Practice

    Actively create knowledge of concepts and practices that will help you to gain a greater understanding of how your body and mind work. Cultivate habits that contribute to your whole well-being.

  • Step 4: Personalised Guide

    Personalise your experience, and take what you have learned and apply it directly to your life. This becomes a practical tool for self-reflection, goal-setting, and action planning.
