Nurture With Neurodiversity

Our neurodiversity framework was created in response to the eight years working with individuals on the Autism spectrum and ADHD. From the lens of a researcher, lived experience and client work. We noticed a big gap in understanding what autism/ADHD is; and the tools required for self-care, especially for those on the spectrum. This involves understanding how each person’s unique body and mind process information, alongside learning about the history and context of autism and ADHD. The biggest lesson we've learned is that a key to the well-being of someone on the spectrum or who identifies as neurodiverse is how they treat and talk to themselves, alongside how others treat and talk to them. That's why we're dedicated to breaking down stigma. We see each story as a unique journey because neurodiversity can be seen as a disability for some, and a unique way of experiencing the world with many strenghths for others. There is so much to learn about Autism, Adhd, and neurodiversity, we are committed to developing this narrative by nurturing each story.
